Coronary Arteries Illustration
The Pridgeon Design Group created this illustration for Health Dialog. It is used on a webpage about the treatment for Coronary Artery Disease. Medical Illustrator, Paul Pridgeon consulted with producers from Health Dialog and consultants from Harvard University to create a series of illustrations and animations. Coronary artery disease is the narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries, usually caused by atherosclerosis, or the hardening of the arteries.
