Paul Pridgeon, medical illustrator at Pridgeon Design Group (PDG), created this series of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) illustrations for Health Dialog (now Carenet Health).

Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD), also known as peripheral arterial disease, is a common condition where narrowed arteries reduce blood flow to the arms or legs—typically the legs. This limits blood supply to meet demand, often causing leg pain during walking (claudication) and other symptoms.

Founded in Boston by animator and illustrator Paul Pridgeon, Pridgeon Design Group quickly became a trusted creative partner in the city’s world-class medical community. The studio has delivered award-winning medical animations and illustrations to an elite roster, including Health Dialog, Vida Health, the Foundation for Informed Medical Decision Making, Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Dartmouth Health, Harvard University, Brown University, and the University of New Hampshire.

Carenet Health partners with healthcare leaders to navigate the complexities of the healthcare business.
